One Brand - One Team

Our annual team event for apprentices took place this time in the "Battle Rooms" in Oberhausen. Trainees from all programs and years of apprenticeship and their training officers formed eight teams that competed against each other in exciting and funny games.

The aim was to integrate the new trainees even better and to strengthen already existing contacts.

In the team battles, which lasted about two hours, the focus was on skill, tactical thinking and action, good judgment and general knowledge. In the end, all participants were able to contribute something to the team performance.

Afterwards the event ended at L'Osteria with pizza, pasta and a cool drink.
